I am just in awe. I am going on my third day here and it works.
I have tried various programs which, although helpful, were not giving me
what I needed in my greatest moment of crisis or when I felt a panic attack
coming on.
I have had therapy for panic/anxiety. My therapist told me I was not accepting
it a full 100%, I was almost there but not quite. After thousands of dollars

method, I went walking my dogs the next morning (I had been panicking during

I like the whole

technique that will allow you to do so in a split second, regardless of where
you are or what you are doing.

safe the mental activity reverts back to the fore brain. The One Move
